Cut & Conquer

Cut the map, dodge the hunters, take the region.

The Play listing goes live with the first release.

A run in progress in Lisbon: a pink line runs from the top edge down into open ground, with the player head at its tip and the multiplier reading x1.8.
The line is open. So is the multiplier.
The same level with half the field captured in mint, the rest open ground showing the city photograph, and a combo of two.
Half the region banked, combo running.
The Lisbon briefing card: flag colours, 22 degrees, EUR, 545 thousand people, a fact about the city, and the boosts available for the run.
Every region briefs you on a real city.
The shop on the items tab, listing Freeze, Slow Time, Shockwave, Shield, Blast and Recall with coin and gem prices.
Six items, priced in both currencies.

One line, one rule

Steer out of your own ground, draw a line, and come back to it. Everything the loop closes around becomes yours — unless something hostile is still standing inside it. Get clipped while the line is open and you lose the whole cut.

The cut

Any angle, not just corners

The line follows your thumb at whatever angle you give it, and the head never stops — run it along an obstacle and it slides instead of dying.

The map

Sixty real cities

Marrakesh to Reykjavik, each with its flag, its skyline and the temperature it is actually sitting at right now.

The opposition

Eight kinds of trouble

Bouncers, edge runners, hunters that read your line, eaters that chew your ground, shooters, breeders — and a boss every twentieth region.

Risk

Greed pays, greed kills

The longer the line stays open, the bigger the multiplier on what you bank. Close early and keep it, push on and hear the heartbeat start.

Sound

Music written on the spot

Not a single audio file in the app. Every note is generated live, in a mode borrowed from the region you are playing, and it tightens as you take risks.

Bragging

Clips you can actually post

Your best run comes out as a vertical video with the score burned in and a challenge code anyone can type back into their own game.

What it does not do

Some of this is a design decision, and some of it is just respect for whoever installed the thing.

No account, ever

No sign-up, no email, no login wall. Your progress lives on your phone and nowhere else.

No timers between runs

No lives to wait for, no energy bar. If you want to play the next region you play the next region.

No location, no contacts

The weather on a region card is the weather in that city, looked up from a table built into the app. Your phone is never asked where it is.

Plays on a plane

The game itself needs no connection. Ads, purchases and city photos do — the campaign does not.

Questions people actually have

What are coins and gems for?

Characters, trails, territory colours and backgrounds — cosmetics — plus the six in-run boosts. You earn both by playing. You can also buy them, and the Remove ads purchase turns off the between-level ads for good.

Do I have to watch ads?

There is one short ad between some levels, which the Remove ads purchase removes. Everything else is your choice: rewarded ads are only ever offered as a trade for something — another try after dying, or an early return from pause.

Somebody sent me a code like X7K2-M9QV — what is it?

A challenge. Those eight characters carry the region, the exact map layout and the score you have to beat. Type it into the game and you get the same run they had. See challenge codes.

I got a new phone. Does my progress come with me?

No. There is no cloud save in this version, so progress stays on the device that earned it. Purchases are not lost — Remove ads restores from Google Play on any device signed in with the same account. Coins and gems already spent or banked live in local progress and do not travel. This is spelled out in the terms.
